It’s a winter night. The misty moonlight feels like snow and a lonely street-dog fights the cold in his unique way.

Loved the nightscape, and Rangy.
But Moon who is wearing a nice cosy shawl, calls Rangy's ooo! ooo! ooo! as crooning. Plus, the story ends with the Moon saying that its ok for Rangy to sing, when it can't do a thing. This did not sit right with me..
When dogs howl at night, they are not crooning. Especially in this story Rangy says that he is hungry and cold, so not sure singing is the best interpretation of his howls or the best advice for that matter. Not a recommendation from me for the story, a win on illustrations.
